Fencing@Home have been creating new video resources so fencers can follow independently and react to signals as they would in a class situation!
When training at home, replicating situations where a fencer would react to a stimulus was a missing element. Beth has been flexing her video editing skills and is producing a set of classes for fencers to follow online with an iPad or computer so you can watch the demonstration and then do a timed drill, reacting to the ‘Cowbell’ sounds!
The first class is a lunging programme with more coming online soon with tactics and all weapons!
